Congrats to Zack Rosli today for winning with a net 68!!! Being the host and winning?!?! fishy hahaha. 🤣 kidding…
Welcome to 2 new KLGC members Kay Jay and Jelani. Kay Jay shot an impressive gross 75 last week as a guest at Bukit Beruntung, and got himself a 2.7 handicap index. He would have won if he was a member, so signed up immediately!
Congrats to Zamry and Jelani for today’s performance too!!! Jelani – first week as a member and already on the podium!! Good stuff!! Sorry, Takumi just missed the podium by 1 stroke!
The rest of the results here:
This is our first game here at Kota Permai. The club managed registrations super well and everyone was underway at 12:28 pm. 2 ladies were there at the counter to help us. The scorecard, locker card, & bag tag were already prepared! We just needed to tell our name & phone number.
Club facilities are 1st class, better than Glenmarie Golf & Country Club. We started on time at 12.28 pm. Double barrel start. Starting time was strictly adhered to by starter.
Golf course is superb, not easy but fair. Fast true greens, meaning if your putting line is correct with the correct speed, the ball will go into the hole. Caddies were good & knowledgeable.
Our winner Zack Rosli played well because of his shortgame including putting. Well worth paying rm312 to play here!
Weather was great although the last few holes it threatened to rain with thunder sounding but all of us completed our round by 5.30 pm. We have a couple more games at Kota Permai with the last game of the year also there.
Today’s movement of the order of merit:
Zack Rosli and Azlan Wahab are still sitting on top comfortably. Ricky R and Zamry Nordin moved up to the 3rd place! CM Chai still maintaining his 4th position. Ramesh Kumar entered in the top 5! Still plenty of games left till the end of the year. So keep playing to be on the top!
Next week is the monthly medal at Danau Golf Club. Many have already signed up, so don’t miss out on your slot!🏌️♂️🙂
